There are loads of fantastic ideas out there for a bachelorette party, and often, you’ll see suggestions like taking a class or doing a workshop. But here’s a magical twist: why not have a mermaid class? Instead of hiring a stripper, consider hiring a mermaid! Not only will she bring extra tails and teach you how to swim like a mermaid, but you’ll also have some time to splash around for photos, making it an unforgettable experience. You could, of course add a pirate, should you wish.

The Bachelorette Party

At your bachelorette party your personal mermaid will bring fins, tails and mermaid bikini tops and she’ll teach you and your guests the basics of swimming like mermaids. Then, in no time you’ll be flipping and twirling in the pool, posing for insta. fame. More than that, this is an incredibly fun way for girls to make magic together and to share a day that no-one will ever forget. Male mermaids, sometimes called mermen or merfolk, are also available, should you wish to add a touch of romance to your fantasy world.

If you’re keen on the old style stripper type of bachelorette party, you could still follow the mermaid themed party but have your stripper dressed as a pirate, Arrrrgggghhh!

Package Includes

Your package includes the hire of a mermaid for (up to four hours of) your bachelorette party. Your mermaid is a hand-picked and highly trained instructor.

  • This includes the discover mermaid experience 
  • A mermaid certificate of completion for each guest who takes part in the 1 hour training
  • All the gear required for your guests to become mermaids for the party- tails, fins, masks, goggles, snorkels, shell-like bikini-tops
  • A gorgeous elaborate tail and a backdrop for those who’d like to take stunning photos for use on socials and to send to friends
Package Excludes

Your package excludes:

  • The venue hire
  • All food and drinks

The Mermaid Council would like to stipulate one important rule for your bachelorette party, and that is that alcohol must not be taken before or during the training and swimming portions. However, once all the mermaids are safely out of their tails and the water, well then the party can continue as you wish. Having said this, we’re sure you’ll know, alcohol and mermaids do not mix well!
