If we do not deliver your order before or on the latest estimated delivery date provided by Making Mermaids, depending on the shipping method of your package you will be issued:
  • NZ$5.00 for Courier Shipping
A Making Mermaids coupon code will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the latest estimated delivery date and can be used on your next order.

Return Item if Damged

If you receive your package and find that some items were lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that you can easily apply for a full refund for those items. You may be asked to send the damaged items back before your refund can be issued.

7-day 'no update' refund

If there have been no tracking updates for a period of time and your package has not been delivered, you can apply for a free reshipment or refund, as the package may have been lost in transit. If you do end up receiving the package after applying, you can keep it for free without the need to return it. The specific conditions are as follows:
  • 7 business days without updates for packages shipped domestically

14-day no delivery refund

If your package still hasn’t been delivered to your designated address or pick-up point address a period of time after being shipped, it’s possible that the shipment has encountered a problem. You can apply for a free reshipment or a full refund. If it arrives later, you can keep it for free without the need to return it. The specific conditions are as follows:
